ATG North America Product Prioritization Process

Meet Your Team: Raspina Jannesar, Sr. Director of Client Success, ATG North America
As the Sr. Director of Client Success, Raspina leads both the Proxibid and BidSpotter Account Management teams to ensure all Auctioneers are set up for success before, during, and after each auction. This role allows her to combine deep industry knowledge and marketing expertise with the suite of tools available to auctioneers to execute successful events and maximize the true value of working with ATG North America (ATG-NA).
Raspina spent most of her auction career at Tiger Commercial & Industrial, where she managed over 300 auction events and oversaw a full range of operational and marketing responsibilities. She knows the everyday challenges an auctioneer faces from the moment an agreement is signed until their client is presented with a full post auction report. This includes tailoring a strategic marketing campaign, working with lotters to get the lot catalog posted in a timely manner, conducting a successful auction event and of course, collecting and coordinating an organized and successful checkout process. She recognizes the value of the relationship between the auctioneer and their client and how missing any one of the steps can have a potential long-term effect on the auctioneer’s business.
Raspina is passionate about the auction industry and helping auctioneers succeed. It’s all she’s known for over a decade of her career. In her own words, “During my time at Tiger, I found a passion that I didn’t know existed in my being. I love and respect the auction industry so much that I can’t imagine doing anything other than working with my favorite part of the business – you, the auctioneers.” Her sole purpose and role at ATG-NA is to make sure our clients have successful auctions – it’s in the title after all: Director of Client Success.
Raspina is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association and earned the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designation in 2016. She stays up to speed with the ever changing digital marketing rules and regulations by attending marketing seminars and continued education courses. Prior to finding her passion for the auction industry, Raspina spent 8 years in marketing, corporate public relations and project management, adding to her robust business experience.

Proxibid Product Updates: Auctions Near Me
We recently updated the validation process for entering an auction address to make sure your auctions populate on the Auctions Near Me Map. When entering your auction address, an error message will now display promoting you to improve the address or use the Geolocate by Zip Code only feature.
For all “valid” addresses, auctions will now populate on the Auctions Near Me Map.
Wavebid Product Updates: Emailing Invoices and VIN Lookup Matching Improvements
