What is Bidlock?
In addition to mobile live bidding, we have introduced BidLock in all auctions and on all devices. BidLock adds another layer of protection, and protects from unintended bids. We know how easy it is to click on something by accident, especially on a smartphone. BidLock says goodbye to “pocket bidding.”
Now, when you launch Proxibid’s live bidding platform, the bid button will be locked. Bidding can be activated by toggling the “Enable Bidding” feature. A pop-up message will generate, which the user must click continue.
