Never miss an item crossing the auction block! We’re excited to introduce catalog sync on mobile – allowing users to easily and quickly follow an auction on their mobile device. This new feature may be familiar to those who have used Proxibid’s desktop bidding experience, because it functions just like the desktop live bidding window.
The Live Bidding Window on mobile devices will sync the catalog view and lots in the ring panel. When you’re watching an auction in the live bidding window on a mobile device, catalog view will automatically follow the lots up for bid. No more scrolling and clicking on each item!
The sync switch is displayed at the top of the catalog and lot detail views, and is enabled by default.
To disable sync, simply click the switch at the top. When Sync is OFF, you will be able to scroll through the list of lots in catalog without being re-positioned at the top when a new lot or group enters the ring. You may want to disable sync when you’re exploring the auction catalog.
Please note, if you tap Next Lot or Previous Lot in the lot detail, or select to view a lot that is not currently in the ring, sync will be disabled automatically. To re-enable sync, click the switch at the top of the item detail page.
