Proxibid staffs a Customer Support team seven days a week from 7 AM—10 PM Central to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for buyers and sellers. Our department is not a scripted call center but a team of real, live experts who know the ins and outs of Proxibid, operating from our headquarters in Nebraska. If you’ve got a question, they’ve for the answer, in Spanish or English. And it’s free.

Proxibid’s Customer Support team can also act as an extension of a seller’s own team by staffing a custom, toll-free line designated just for that company. The Proxibid team member provides the same level of support, but in a seamless and branded experience.
